Here are several steps you can take to resolve this issue. If none of these methods work, submit a ticket through FreshDesk for technician assistance.
- Hold the power button on the printer until it shuts off. Then, wait 10 seconds before turning it back on. Try to see if it's connected on the PC
- If it is still not connected, restart your PC. This quick method works 90% of the time. For whatever reason, the PC loses its ability to connect to the printer, which almost always gets fixed after a restart.
