Printer Not Connected

Here are several steps you can take to resolve this issue. If none of these methods work, submit a ticket through FreshDesk for technician assistance.

  1. Hold the power button on the printer until it shuts off. Then, wait 10 seconds before turning it back on. Try to see if it's connected on the PC

  2. If it is still not connected, restart your PC. This quick method works 90% of the time. For whatever reason, the PC loses its ability to connect to the printer, which almost always gets fixed after a restart.
