Print Jobs Not Printing

1. First press the Windows key and type in Settings 
   
   
2. Navigate to Printers & Scanners. 
   
   
3. Find the printer you are using and click manage. 
   
   
4. Click on "Open print queue" and clear all of the print jobs. To do this, select all the jobs, right click, then click on cancel.
   
   
5. Now, try printing a test page on the print management screen (the page you were in before you opened the queue).
   
   
6. If it does not print the test page, then restart the printer by holding the power button until it shuts off. Wait 10 seconds, then press it again to power it on. 
   
   
7. Wait for the printer to fully boot (It will say Ready for a bit. Then, after a minute or so, a bunch of numbers will appear underneath it - when the numbers appear, the printer is now ready. The number are usually something like 192.168.200.###)

If these methods don't work, as help from a technician by submitting a ticket.
