- First press the Windows key and type in Settings
- Navigate to Printers & Scanners.
- Find the printer you are using and click manage.
- Click on "Open print queue" and clear all of the print jobs. To do this, select all the jobs, right click, then click on cancel.
- Now, try printing a test page on the print management screen (the page you were in before you opened the queue).
- If it does not print the test page, then restart the printer by holding the power button until it shuts off. Wait 10 seconds, then press it again to power it on.
- Wait for the printer to fully boot (It will say Ready for a bit. Then, after a minute or so, a bunch of numbers will appear underneath it - when the numbers appear, the printer is now ready. The number are usually something like 192.168.200.###)
If these methods don't work, as help from a technician by submitting a ticket.
