FilePro user license issue

Error Message - A FilePro Error has Occurred. This version is licensed for 70 users. Too many users.

Steps to resolve:

1. When it happens like that it impacts anybody using Anzio.
2. Nick has to fix in Anzio.
3.  In cases like that (Anzio user issue); because there are background processes that run, sometimes it inflates user count, so it's more of a too-many-processes issue than our actual physical users being too many. A container restart helps since it kills any outstanding processes. Justin has the commands saved; either him or Jon have container level permissions to restart the Docker container.
