Warehouse Department Creation

A Warehouse account with a linked Agent must be created before the Warehouse Department.

The Warehouse (WH) Department must be created to assign user accounts properly. Without it, accounts cannot be linked to the correct department. 

Only the IT Director or Operations Director can request the creation of a WH Department.

Add Warehouse Department

  1. BACKOFFICE →  ACCESS CONTROL →  Departments → Click the  (Add New Departmentbutton. 
  2. Fill in the required details:

    • Department Name – must be a unique code combination/name.

    • Type – enter WAREHOUSE.

    • Location – enter the 2-letter country code.

    • Email Address – provide the department’s designated email (if have)

  3. Click on the ADD button. 

  4. Department successfully created
  5. Right click on the  empty Agent Name field to link an agent
  6. Enter the agent name SAVE 
  7. The Postal, Country, and City fields will be auto-populated upon selecting the corresponding agent.
  8. The Agent ID will be auto-generated upon successfully linking the Agent




Add Users to Warehouse Department

  1. BACKOFFICE →  ACCESS CONTROL →  Departments  Click the expand arrow (►) next to the warehouse EDIT button   
  2. Click on the USER TO DEPARTMENT 
  3. Click the pencil icon ✏️ to add users
  4. Enter or pick the users to be associated → SAVE CHANGES
  5.  Users successfully added
